At the time you open your package from My Mesiya, it would help us all if you take a video, we know this is not always possible but would help, in case of any refunds or returns that need to be processed.
1. Please take a video of the product
2. To confirm if the product(s) are incomplete or defective
3. Note: Knit type Shirts cannot change in any casesÂ
4. Shorts and Trousers, customers can change size, color, style, we will support this
5. In the event that the customer requests to change the size, color. My Mesiya will ask the customer to pay for the delivery fee and a replacement will be sent within 2 days after we receive the product in question.

If there is no video taken to provide proof of defect or the claim of unsatisfactory product, it would be regrettable that we could not offer support, refund or exchange. We ask you to please help us to help you in this case.
